Please read the following shop policies carefully:
Payment: I accept payment securely through Paypal
Returns & Exchanges: Because of the personal nature of my products (items that are worn on the body) I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an item and feel that it is defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so that we can work together to make it right. Please note that if items are damaged by third parties (ie the postal service, or buyer) it is not my responsibility to replace or refund the item.
Orders can be cancelled as long as the item has not shipped. Custom orders can not be cancelled.
All items are newborn sized unless otherwise specified.
Please be aware that monitors display color differently. I do my best to convey proper color and texture of an item, but if you have questions please contact me before ordering.
FAQ
Do you accept custom orders? Yes! I love doing custom orders. Please be aware that custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete and cannot be cancelled once placed.
How long will my order take? Most items listed are ready to ship. If not listed as ready to ship, it depends on the item. Items NOT listed as preorder will take 1-2 weeks production plus shipping time. Items listed as preorder will take 3-4 weeks production plus shipping time. I do my best to get items out faster than that, but those are my maximum production times. If you wish to upgrade shipping please let me know ahead of time.
