Shipping

All packages ship USPS first class mail. This includes tracking which will be sent to you via Paypal. You can upgrade to priority shipping if you wish. Please contact me ahead of time or right after your order is placed so that I can upgrade your shipping price.

Care

Items in my shop should be either spot cleaned gently or gently hand washed. 

Cold water only. DO NOT scrub, agitate or ring out. This will cause felting. DO NOT wash in a machine to prevent shrinkage and felting. 

When washing an item, use a gentle soap and cold water. Rinse gently and then press out excess water using a towel. Lay flat to dry, reshaping if needed. Do not stretch when reshaping.
